Ramon Roselly (born Ramon Kaselowsky on December 7, 1993 in Merseburg) is a German pop singer. In 2020 he won the 17th season of the talent show Deutschland sucht den Superstar.
Roselly grew up with five sisters in a circus family. Until the end of the circus company run by his parents Dany Roselly and Silvia Kaselowsky, he was on the road as a showman and artist in various circuses and attended 44 different schools. In 2018 he started his own business as a building cleaner.
Roselly has been singing since he was six. Together with his partner Lorena Hein, who also comes from a circus family, he has moderated the Zwickau Christmas Circus in the Sachsenpalast since 2014, where they also incorporate several vocal interludes. In 2020, he took part in the 17th season of DSDS. Shortly before the finale, he took on his long-standing stage name Roselly, after he had previously performed under his real name Kaselowsky. In the finale, Ramon Roselly sang the tracks Tears Don’t Lie by Michael Holm and 100 Years Are Too Short by Randolph Rose Then he was able to prevail against Chiara D’Amico with his interpretation of the song Eine Nacht composed by Dieter Bohlen with 80.82 percent – such a high percentage of the vote had never been achieved before in the casting show. The song immediately reached number one in the German single charts in the first week, making it the 12th DSDS winner to succeed. On April 8, 2020, Roselly’s first music video for his winning title One Night was released. His debut album Herzenssache was released a day later by the Universal Music Group and entered the German album charts at number two. It is the first album by a DSDS winner that has stayed in the top 10 for at least 10 weeks. In the first week of the Ö3 Austria Top 40, the album was number 1.
Roselly lives with Hein in a caravan in Zschernitz, which belongs to a group of caravans in which other members of his family live. Ramon Roselly had his first live appearance at “Let’s Dance” after winning DSDS 2020.
