Jennifer Aniston, born February 11, 1969 in Los Angeles, is an American actress, director and producer.

She rose to international notoriety by playing, from 1994 to 2004, the character of Rachel Green in the worldwide hit sitcom Friends. Thanks to this role, she won an Emmy Award, a Golden Globe Award and a Screen Actors Guild Award.

Jennifer Aniston is the daughter of Greek actor John Aniston (real name Anastassakis) and Nancy Dow, an actress of Scottish and Italian descent1,2.
